You can view policies submitted in Navigator or OPT through your HQ account. Additionally, you have access to all policies associated with your agency for anyone in your downline. You can export data for Policies in the Submitted, Pending, Placed, and Conserved statuses. This feature is especially valuable for reporting and tracking both personal and agency-wide production.
To access this section in HQ:
- Click on the 'Reporting & Stats' tab located on the left taskbar, then click 'Policies' from the dropdown. (Screenshot below)
Choose between:
'Submitted Applications' - Review an application submitted through Quility, regardless of status or placement. Updated weekly on Tuesdays.
'Pending Policies' - Review and take action on pending policies with outstanding requirements needed for carrier underwriting to efficiently move pending policies to placed.
'Placed Policies' - Review policies that have been bound and premium paid at the carrier, and take action on reversed policies when applicable. Updated monthly after the 15th.
'Conserved Policies' - Review lapsed policies that were reactivated by Quility's Conservation team. Note: The phone number that is used to contact clients via SMS is (321) 587-3024.
Filters for Agency or Reporting:
You can also filter policies before exporting the policy results to Excel. One of the main filters is to filter between Baseshop, Personal (selected by default), Master Agency, and Total Agency production. You can also select options such as Year-to-Date or Custom Date Ranges, to customize the results according to your team's needs.
| For Submitted Applications and Conserved Policies, you are able to click the 'Add Filter' button to filter by Submitted Date, Received Date, Lead Type, Product Type, Carrier, and Agency. (Screenshot below) You can also export the results and refresh the output. |
| For Pending Policies and Placed Policies, you are able to click the 'Filters' button, and you will be able to filter by time period, carrier, policy status details, Agent name, and Agency. (Screenshot below) You can also export the results to Excel for reporting. |
